We are so fortunate for your ongoing support of our mission. Your kindness touches so many lives. From the surefooted 9-year-old who visited last week seeking a birthday cake, and took home an awesome tie-dye backpack full of goodies; to the gracious dad with his teenage sons who stopped in for a hot meal today; to the 109 courageous families who received emergency assistance last month; and the 16 kids bringing home grocery bags this weekend. Our Daily Bread couldn't do this without YOU.

#1 | OUR CURRENT NEEDS
Our Daily Bread serves between 300 and 400 meals a day, five days a week with the support of in-kind food donations from compassionate individuals and the generous local food industry. Here are our most pressing needs:
Get involved in the special birthday program for guests of all ages at Our Daily Bread. Whether they are turning 2 or 92, each guest receives a homemade cake and gift bag made with love by our volunteers to celebrate their birthday. Each year Our Daily Bread gives out around 250 cakes and bags. Don’t let someone’s special day go by unnoticed – volunteer today!
We are thrilled to welcome Angie Pepper and Jen Mendoza to the Our Daily Bread team. Hired over the course of 7 months, each dedicated team member is uniquely equipped to contribute towards providing safety and assistance for our guests...
This year we created a new volunteer engagement program called GIVE 10, encouraging volunteers to work as a team, earning points for the day of the week they volunteer by participating in different activities that help ODB from May 13th - June 7th. All volunteers were invited to attend a special recognition for the winners at our Volunteer Luncheon on June 14th. Day of the week teams also voted for the volunteer they deemed "Most Outstanding" (Pictured Above).
